AMEICC-selected Program

This program is delivered as part of the Japanese government's “Global South Future Industry Human Resource Development Project.” Participating companies are eligible for tuition support through government subsidies.

Japanese manufacturers and supply-chain companies operating in ASEAN — especially Malaysia — face urgent pressure from accelerating digital transformation (DX) and chronic labor shortages.

BRIDGE International Asia Sdn Bhd leverages its consulting expertise at the intersection of business strategy and IT to train people who can dramatically lift productivity by embedding generative AI into real operations. Through this project, we support Japanese companies in ASEAN to strengthen competitiveness and shift toward sustainable business models.

Do any of these sound familiar?

01

Losing more than an hour every day translating between Japanese, Malay, and English in emails and reports

02

Knowing AI matters — but unsure where to start

03

No AI talent in-house, yet HQ keeps saying “push DX forward”

04

Small team juggling sales, accounting, and HR — automation can't come soon enough

05

Can't find an AI program in Malaysia delivered in Japanese

06

Too many paper-based processes — paperless transformation is overdue

Eligibility

Who qualifies for the AMEICC subsidy

We are already certified, so participating companies do not need to file any application.

1.Employees of an ASEAN-based company in which a Japanese corporation holds 10% or more of the shares

  • Manufacturing
  • Factory operations
  • Supply chain companies
  • Automotive / electronics / machinery manufacturers
  • Companies advancing GX / DX

2.Local companies trading with Japanese companies

Companies with a trading relationship inside the “manufacturing or procurement supply chain” of a Japanese company. In this case, a Recommendation Letter from the Japanese company is required.

3.Individuals with a confirmed job offer from a Japanese company, or interns currently placed with a Japanese company

Who is this for

Best suited for these companies and teams

This is not a technical program for IT engineers. It is designed for non-IT professionals who want to use AI in their daily work.

For executives, DX leads, and operational leaders at Japanese companies and their supply-chain partners across ASEAN — centered on Malaysia.

Designed for

  • Manufacturing (QA, production control, procurement)
  • Trading / logistics (orders, inventory, reporting)
  • Back office (accounting, HR, general affairs)
  • Sales & marketing (proposals, analysis)
  • Managers & executives (decision input for DX)

Not suited for

  • Technical programs for IT engineers / programmers
  • Building or fine-tuning AI / ML models
  • Companies already using AI extensively across operations

Advanced engagements (API integration, automation system development, etc.) are available separately on request.

What you take away from this program

01

AI fluency for daily work

From prompt design to Office integration — skills you can use at work the next day.

02

A solution to your own challenge

The deliverable you build with the instructor on Day 2 is yours to bring back to your operations.

03

Effectively half the tuition

Eligible for the AMEICC subsidy. We hold the certification, so your company doesn't need to file anything.
